Sunflower MZ Ladies Group
Wednesday 2:00PM to 4:00PM
We are a well-established ladies community group that has been going for well over 38 years. In 2022 we decided to have a name change and Sunflower MZ ladies’ group was born. We are a fun loving, caring group of ladies of all ages, we meet every Wednesday in the Ty Dyffryn Hall of Mount Zion Church. During the afternoon we enjoy light refreshments and a chat and the meeting comprises of singing, short meaningful talks, hints and tips, crafts and is a lovely family atmosphere.
We organise trips, celebrate special events and have started a little choir. A warm welcome awaits you, we would like to see you join us. You may enter as a stranger, but you will certainly leave making new friends.
We are an enthusiastic bunch of guys keen to ensure that we have fellowship, social activities, able to share ideas, and have time just to chat and mingle. Focused on building a network of new friends across all ages and interests.
As part of this group, you will have the opportunity to help to mold it into an excellent support group where others can benefit from engaging with men from different walks of life.
All I can say is that it’s a great evening and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Whether its playing darts, table tennis, pool or just relaxing and socialising with the guys.
We serve hot and cold drinks as well as a hot evening meal.

MZ Refresh Coffee Morning
Monday 11:00AM to 2:00PM
Come and join us and get your week started with a refreshing cup of coffee with light refreshments. This is a great get together where friends mingle in an open friendly environment.
Bikers Group
Since 2021 we have formed a close relationship with a bikers group. They have supported our church and provided a very generous donation that contributed to the cladding of the rear wall of our church. We are looking forward to this ongoing relationship and how it may develop over the coming years.
